As your high quality lenses are custom to only you they are guaranteed to be accurate to your specific measurements and prescription and are non-refundable once ordered. However, should there be a doctor’s change in your prescription or it is necessary to change your lens type for improved vision we will have the lenses remade at no charge within 90 days of your original order.
All of our unique frames have a one year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in material or workmanship.
Should you need future adjustments, please connect by phone or e-mail. All adjustments are at no charge for the first 2 years. A minimal fee for on-site adjustments may apply after 2 years.
